CLEARSPRING WHOLEWHEAT NOODLES UDON
- Organic Udon Noodles are tasty and versatile. They're easy to make and have a delicious flavour. To concentrate the flavour, these noodles are slowly air dried and matured by artisan family producers. They can be used all year in a range of Asian and Western dishes, such as steaming hot broth noodles, substantial stir fries, and delightful summer salads.
- Bring 2 L of water to a boil, then add noodles (100g per serving) and stir. Simmer for 10 minutes, then rinse with cold water briefly. All year around, serve in hot broths, stir-fries, or chilled with a dipping sauce.
