Our organic rye bread is a nourishing loaf that's wonderful on its own or with toppings. It's enriched with crispy pumpkin seeds. Each slice has a pleasant texture and a nutty flavour, making it a tasty way to get more fibre into your diet. To make a wonderful open sandwich, toast our pumpkin seed rye bread and spread it with avocado and BIONA Olive Pate, or top a slice with houmous and shredded carrot. Our organic rye bread is cooked with care utilising traditional artisan techniques, such as freshly grinding grains right before baking to make loaves that are rich in wholegrain.
- Treat as fresh bread once opened, store in an airtight container, and enjoy within 3-4 days. We recommend that you refrigerate the bread as well to ensure that it lasts as long as possible.
- Toast it, spread some nut butter and jam!
