Biona Organic Kimchi is created from organic veggies that have been organically fermented. It is a warm, spicy kimchi with a rich tangy flavour that's great as a side dish, in salads, or to add a kick to stir-fries, noodles, and rice.
- Add it to the rice - You can’t really go wrong with this. Add kimchi to the rice to enhance its flavour.
- Turn it into pasta sauce: Forget tomatoes—butter and kimchi are your new favourite pasta sauces. Finely chop kimchi and caramelise it in butter with gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste), then add some of the spicy-tart liquids from the kimchi jar for an umami-packed sauce you won't be able to refuse.
- There will very certainly be some liquid remaining in the jar after you've eaten all of the kimchi—please don't throw it away! In terms of flavour, that stuff is liquid gold. To make a dip with a great kick of spice and funk, mix it into mayo or sour cream. Use it as the foundation for a salad dressing.
- Well, you can also just eat as it is!
