Quick Mango Smoothie Bowl

This healthy Quick Mango Smoothie Bowl is a delicious and refreshing breakfast or snack option!

  • Servings: 2



  • 1 frozen mango
  • 1 lemon
  • Handful of Nudie’s Salted Cocoa flavoured Coconut Chips
  • 5-6 dried strawberries from Pol's Freeze Fresh strawberries
  • Handful of Raw Gorilla’s Organic Original Crispies



  • 1. Peel the mango, cut it into chunks and freeze it (or you can purchase frozen mango)
  • 2. Put the frozen mango pieces into the food processor and squeeze the lemon
  • 3. Blend the mango and lemon juice until smooth and creamy (add a splash of water and blend it again until it becomes smooth enough)
  • 4. Pour the smoothie mix in a bowl and top with Pol’s Freeze Fresh strawberries, Nudie’s Coconut Chips and Raw Gorilla’s Crispies
