Ingredients:

  • 1 whole cauliflower
  • 210 grams of cultured cream cheese softened
  • 6 tbsp cultured sour cream
  • 3 tbs sesame
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Cut the cauliflower into pieces and place it on a pan over medium-high heat until soft and brown (around 15mins).
  2. Mix cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl and then use a hand mixer to mix until combined well.
  3. Add sesame, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to the mix and whip again for a minute.
  4. Carefully put the sauce to the serving plate and place the cauliflowers on top, garnish with chilli flakes.
