Healthy Ferrero Rocher

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp of Biona hazelnut butter
  • 1 pack of Otto's roasted hazelnuts
  • 1 pack of Otto's dates (remove pits)
  • 2 tbsp of oats
  • 1 tsp of Green & Black cocoa
  • 1/2 bar of Montezuma 75% chocolate
  • 1 tbps of coconut oil 

Steps:

  1. In a food processor blend until combined: your pitted dates, hazelnut butter, 45g of roasted hazelnuts, cocoa and oats
  2. With your hands, cover 1 hazelnut with some of the mix and pack it up in a ball
  3. Repeat until finish with the mix and leave it rest in the fridge for at least one hour
  4. Melt your chocolate with 1 tbsp of coconut oil in the microwave for 1 min
  5. Crush the remaining hazelnuts until really small pieces/dust
  6. Dip your balls on the melted chocolate and sprinkle hazelnuts on the top
  7. Refrigerate again for one hour and you'll have the most amazing and healthy Ferrero Rocher balls!
