Fibre Bar Ice-Cream Sandwich

Here is a recipe that will make your gut happy!

Servings: 4


  • 4 The Gut Stuff's Good Fibrations bars (coconut and raspberry) @thegutstuff
  • 4 small coconut ice cream scoops
  • Melted dark chocolate
  • Pol's Freeze Dried Raspberries @polsfreezefresh


  1. Cut your bars in halves and scoop your ice cream over 4 of the 8 halves
  2. Freeze for 5 min and squeeze the top bar over the ice cream (remove the excess from the edges)
  3. Take back to the freezer for 5 minutes
  4. Dip half of each bar in dark chocolate and sprinkle with dried raspberries
  5. Store in the freezer and take out from the freezer 5 min before eating (wait till the bars become chewy again)
