Easy Muhammara

This muhammara recipe is easy to make and it is ready in less than 20 minutes start to finish! Muhammara is perfect for a quick snack and goes well with your favourite crackers. It is also a great side dish for lunch or dinner! It's healthy, filling and yummy so we recommend trying it out if you haven't already :)


Ingredients:
- 3 roasted red peppers
- 2 tbsp of Mr.Organic Extra virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
- 1 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp of pomegranate molases
- Salt
- 1 bag of Otto’s Walnuts
- 70g of Panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp of cumin
- Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions:
1. Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor
2. Doesn’t have to bee completely smooth, some chunks of walnuts are nice to have
3. Serve in a bowl and finish with parsley, walnuts pieces and a drizzle of olive oi
4. Eat with your favourite crackers (GF Honeyroast - Kale spiced nut toasts are highly recommended)
