Chocolate Coated Almonds


1 bag of Otto Roasted and Salted Almonds

1 bar of Montezuma’s 70% chocolate Sea Salt Flakes


1. Chop your chocolate and melt in the microwave on 30 sec intervals until melted (stir every time you take out from the microwave)

2. Add your salted almonds and coat them fully with the melted chocolate

3. On a baking tray with parchment paper add spoons of the almonds to create clusters (about 5-8 almonds each)

4. Finish with some sea salt flakes and refrigerate for at least 10 mins
